转炉环保型大面自流修补料
本产品引入了高分散体系、超微粉体系、纳米粉体促烧剂等技术，其具有如下优势： (1) 环保：无任何有毒物质的引入； (2) 自流性好：在常温与高温下(~1100℃)流淌性好，其流动值大于240mm； (3) 快速烧结：<30min； (4) 高熔点：采用了超微粉技术促进烧结，其料的熔点更高，耐冲刷和耐侵蚀性能更优越； (5) 高寿命：是传统沥青结合的3倍以上。 |
This product introduces technologies such as high dispersion system, ultra-micro powder system and nanometer powder as catalyst. It has the following advantages:
(1) environmental protection: no introduction of toxic substances;
(2) good self-current : good flow in the normal temperature and high temperature (~1100 ℃) and the flow rate is more than 240 mm;
(3) rapid sintering: <30min;
(4) high melting point: ultra-fine powder technology is adopted to promote sintering. The melting point of the material is higher ,the erosion resistance and erosion resistance are superior.
(5) long service life: 3 times longer than traditional asphalt –combined mass .
