该系列产品以为高铝矾土、刚玉、莫来石等为主要原料制成。根据衬的施工使用环境选择不同的结合方式：水泥结合和镁硅水结合(MgO-SiO2-H2O)，水泥结合适用于施工温度低(＜15℃)的环境，镁硅水结合适用施工温度高(＞15℃)的环境，镁硅水结合的高铝质浇注料在高温下生成镁铝尖晶石，使其具备优异的高温体积稳定性及抗热震稳定性，是理想的衬用浇注料。 |
This series of products use high bauxite, corundum, mullite and other as raw materials . Choosing different combination ways according to construction environment of permanent lining : cement combination and magnesium silicon water combination (MgO-SiO2 - H2O), cement combination apply to low temperature construction environment (< 15℃), magnesium silicon water combination apply to high temperature construction environment (> 15℃). Magnesium silicon water combined with high aluminum castable generate magnesia-aluminum spinel under high temperature ,which make it has excellent high temperature volume stability and thermal shock stability, and the ideal permanent lining castable.
